Why bilingual is the whole point
A large share of the GTA does business in Chinese, and most of the sites serving it are an English build run through a translator. Customers can tell. We write both languages properly and let search engines index both, so a search in either one finds the business.
Why local, and only local
A restaurant in Scarborough and a clinic in Markham have the same problem: the people looking for them are two kilometres away and end up somewhere else. That is a different job from building for a company selling nationally, and it is the only job we take.
How we charge
Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Not because it is generous, but because an hourly quote puts the risk of our own estimating mistakes on the owner, and most owners have been burned by one already.
What you keep
Your domain, your hosting account, your analytics, your content. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing has to be untangled first. A site you cannot leave is not a site you own.
