What this site collects, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

This site is small and so is this page. It describes what actually happens to anything you type here — not a template, and nothing here is a placeholder.
Reading the site collects nothing
There is no account, no sign-up and no newsletter. Until you press Send on the enquiry form, you have given us nothing and we have stored nothing about you.
What the enquiry form collects
- Your name, so we know who we are replying to.
- Your email address, so we can reply. It is also set as the reply-to on the notification that reaches us, which is the whole of what we do with it.
- Your business name, if you fill it in. That field is optional and the form is happy without it.
- Whatever you wrote in the message box.
- Which language you were reading in, so the reply comes back in that one.
What it deliberately does not collect
These are not oversights. The table the enquiry is written into has no column for any of them.
- Your IP address.
- Your browser or device.
- Which pages you looked at before or after.
- Anything at all from a tracking pixel, an advertising cookie or a social network — the site loads none.
The rest of it
Where an enquiry goes
Two places, both ours. It is written to a database so it is still there tomorrow, and a notification is emailed to us so we see it today. Cloudflare hosts the site, holds that database and delivers that email; nobody else receives it. It is never sold, rented, or handed to an advertiser.
Keeping spam out
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script, and the form will not accept more than a few attempts in quick succession. Turnstile is Cloudflare’s and may leave a token in your browser while it does that check. It is there to keep the inbox usable, not to follow you.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. It remembers one thing in your own browser — whether you chose the light or the dark theme — and that never leaves your device or reaches us. The Turnstile token above is the only other thing stored, and only while it is checking.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without following anyone between sites. What it reports is how many people opened which page, and roughly where from. There is no profile of you in it and no way for us to pick anyone out of it.
Google ads
We advertise on Google. If you arrived from an ad, Google knows you clicked it — that happens on Google’s side, before you get here. This site carries no Google tracking code at all, so nothing about the ad follows you onto it.
How long an enquiry is kept
Two years, then it is deleted. That is long enough to find an old conversation with someone who comes back, and there is no reason to keep it past that. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Asking for a copy, a correction, or a deletion
Write to us through the contact page and say which. We will do it and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason and it costs nothing.
Changes to this page
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive; the page you are reading is the current one.
